      How do I connect Unleashed Software to trakr Counting?

      An account Admin can make this connection through the trakr Counting Online Management Console.

      Prerequisites:

      • You must have Admin privileges for both your Unleashed and trakr Counting accounts.
      • Make sure you have your Unleashed API ID and API Key ready.

      Connecting Unleashed and trakr Counting:

      Step 1: Gather Unleashed API Credentials

      1. Log in to your Unleashed account by visiting https://www.unleashedsoftware.com/.

      2. Navigate to 'Integrations' from the side menu.

      3. Select 'Unleashed API Access.'

      4. Here you will find your API ID and API Key. Copy these credentials for later use.

      Step 2: Connect Unleashed and trakr Counting

      1. Access your trakr Counting account at https://counting.trakrsuite.com/login.

      2. Open the side menu and click on 'Integrations.'

      3. Choose 'Library' from the integrations menu.

      4. Find the 'Unleashed' option and click 'Connect.'

      5. Input the API ID and API Key you copied from Unleashed in Step 1.

      6. Click 'Save' to establish the connection.

      7. Don't forget to click 'Save' again to ensure your settings are stored.

      Using the Integration:

      Once the integration is successfully set up, you can perform the following actions:

      • Import/Export Products: Move products between Unleashed and trakr Counting.
      • Sync 'On Hand' Inventory: Keep your product quantities up-to-date between both systems.

      Note:

      • In trakr Counting, the SKU number is the unique identifier for a product. This corresponds to the 'Product Code' from Unleashed during import.
